Generally offered by Hegid, some deliveries may be the responsibility of the Customer if indicated in the ordering process. No delivery takes place without prior full payment of the order and the products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated when ordering, or in the Hegid approved center. The delivery time, if given as an indication, does not take into account the time of preparation of the order and the manufacture in the case of a subscription. When the Customer orders several products at the same time they may have different delivery times carried out for the sake of optimization. The Customer also has the option of having the items delivered to a natural person of his choice, for example as part of a gift. Delivery of items will occur after payment of the order amount has been recorded and verified.
In the case of a subscription, Hegid will estimate and inform in advance of the period to which the item will be ready for delivery, after having produced it. Committed to the satisfaction of its customers to prepare the article before the scheduled delivery date, Hegid may have to advance this estimate. In the event of delays in the availability and quality of the components, or factors beyond the company's control, Hegid may also postpone the estimated delivery date in the interest of its customers. In order to secure his final payment, the Customer agrees to give his commitment on the subscription by paying at least half of the amount to the order. If the Customer has not paid the full amount to the order, the difference between the deposit paid and the total amount will be required before the product is delivered to him.
In specific cases, the Customer also has the option to choose the delivery option from a distributor affiliated to Hegid, at the time of his order, and choose the place of his choice among the proposals that will be offered. As soon as the article is made available in the physical point selected by the Customer, the latter is informed by means of a notification. He then has a period of 30 days to come to withdraw his article. When removing the item in physical point, the Customer must submit the notification of availability of the item and a valid piece of identification, with photo. A verification of the identity of the customer will then be made and on this occasion, a copy of his identity document may be made, which the Customer expressly accepts by choosing the method of delivery. The physical point also reserves the right to check the credit card used for payment of the order. The purchased item will then be delivered to the Client against the signature of a withdrawal slip. The Customer also has the possibility to ask a person of his choice to come to withdraw the article in his place and on his behalf. This person, who has been appointed by the Client, will be required to bring his own identity document, the Client's identity card for which he has just removed the item, and a letter signed by the Client authorizing this person to come to withdraw the property in his name and for his account as well as (the notification of provision of the order in physical point received by the Customer .The point of delivery will be able to make copies of all these parts to ensure the security of the Customer and to prevent any fraudulent use of his / her identity and / or means of payment.The Customer undertakes to inform any person he / she has mandated of the 30-day period available to pick up the article in point of physical withdrawal, the necessary documents that will be requested to him so that the withdrawal of the article can be carried out and that this service implies a processing of personal data concerning this person. Within 30 days of sending the Client notice that his article is available for withdrawal in the store, the sale will be automatically settled. The Customer will then be refunded the price of his order.
In case of late delivery, the Customer has the possibility to resolve the contract under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. Hegid proceeds to the refund of the product and the expenses "to go" under the conditions of the Article L 138-3 of the Code of the consumption. Hegid provides a telephone point of contact (cost of a local call from a landline) to track the order. Hegid recalls that when the Customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him. It is the Customer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations on the delivered product.
