When will I received my order ?

In most cases, orders are shipped within 24 business hours to the delivery address indicated in the order, or to the authorized Hegid showroom. In any case, your order will be entrusted to our secure transport partner as soon as possible.


How much does it cost to deliver my order ?

Generally, the secure delivery rates are included in the product prices. For some special cases and if it is mentioned during the ordering process, some deliveries may be charged to the customer.


Is the delivery secure ?

Unless a special delivery notice from the customer, each parcel is insured and is hand-delivered to the addressee against signature. Delivery at an authorized Hegid showroom is also available. You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of the delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery form, any anomalies in the form of handwritten notes accompanied by your signature. Is international delivery available ?

Watches purchased on can globally be delivered to countries around the world served by secure carrier services. Special cases may exist. Do not hesitate to contact Hegid if you have any hesitation during your ordering process.

How long do I have to return my order ?

If your order does not comply, is damaged or does not suit you, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Returns of products are to be made in their original complete conditions (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) and, if possible, be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase, after contacting Hegid to inform of your request for returns.


Who pays for the return fees ?

The return costs are covered by Hegid if returned within the period of 14 days after the delivery date of the order. Returns of products are to be made in their original complete conditions (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) and, if possible, be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase.


In case of return of my order, when will I be refunded ?

Generally, returns are verified within 14 days after their reception by Hegid. Once your return has been validated, we will immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation note. Then, the time required to re-credit your account will depend on the issuer of your payment.

Is online payment on secure ?

Hegid uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Internet encryption on all of its web pages where personal information is collected. At any time, your payment details are encrypted securely. Also, in order to secure transactions and prevent fraud, Hegid performs automatic or manual verification and fraud control.


What are the payment methods authorized by Hegid ?

You can pay for an order online on, by phone or physically at Hegid Authorized Showroom. Remotely, the customer can pay by credit card, bank transfer, Paypal or BitCoin. Occasionally, other means of payment may be permitted after contacting Hegid. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international credit cards (Mastercard, American Express or Visa). Secure online payment by credit card is made possible by a secure payment provider. Depending on certain criteria, payment in several installments may also be offered by Hegid.

How long are the Hegid watches guaranteed ?

All Hegid watches have a minimum warranty of 24 months starting from the date of purchase. This guarantee can be extended in any case for one additional year subject to passing the Hegid Watchmaking knowledge test. Moreover, another additional year of warranty is activated for the capsules ordered with the contribution of an authorized referent, a Hegid's exhibition point for example. To summarize:

  • Online order, 24 months warranty ;
  • Order from an authorized Hegid showroom, 36 months warranty ;
  • Online order and success at the watchmaking knowledge test, 36 months warranty ;
  • Order from an authorized Hegid showroom and success at the watchmaking knowledge test, 48 months warranty.


How to maintain a Hegid watch ?

A Hegid watch is a mechanical instrument for which it is essential to schedule a complete service every 5 years to ensure its proper functioning and durability. Maintenance and repair should be entrusted to Hegid or an authorized Hegid Service Center. In order to benefit from Hegid's regular or complete service, you are welcome to contact Hegid or visit an authorized Hegid Service Center. When specific damaged parts have to be replaced, they will be changed and invoiced only after your agreement.


How long are Hegid's maintenance and services guaranteed ?

The Hegid Complete Service guarantees the intervention for 24 months. A partial intervention on a watch is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of maintenance. This warranty concerns the maintenance performed, and any possible defects caused by the intervention.

Do the indicated prices include taxes ?

All prices include the French VAT, except when specified when ordering.


Is tax and VAT refund possible ?

Refund of VAT is possible for customers residing outside the European Union. Please contact us to proceed.
